If you work smart, then you no need to work hard

i think everyone here know what is the meaning by work smart and work hard.

For my definition, work smart is doing the task being given to me with the most simple, fastest and effective ways.

while work hard is a individuals doing the task given with the most hardworking way, they didn't think any alternative to complete their task. In their mind just have one thing, that is complete their task. Some of them don't even know how to solve the problem when its encountered.

Actually, work hard is not a bad thing at all. Because, you most be a hardworking person in order to to be in this categories. While work smart, normally are those people who have brains, intelligence.

I can also said work smart people also lazy sometimes, because when they do anything they just want the everything to be simple. They do things wont play by the books, they play by their own books. Because they think they are clever enough to create their own rules their own game. Sometimes, they are also the one who breaks the rules and even crimes.

Work hard categories people also can be work smart by learning from their mistakes and experiences. But this may takes sometimes before they able to become work smarts.

But if they really can become work smart, they are the most successful, because, now they both work hard and work smart. Its for the one who can learn fast and hardworking.

In conclusion, both work smart nor work hard also is a factor that needed in a individual. Just they have to know how to balance it. Only that, the individual can complete any tasks that given to them.

勇敢面对朋友

如果你觉得在你遇上情况时不应该告诉你的朋友或给他们知道，

无可否认，有些所称为朋友的人并不是你想象的那样好

不过，在你的身边

真的没有知心朋友了吗？

真的没有不常见面但一有事时就会找的朋友吗？

真的没有一些真的可以成为很好的听众但虽然帮不上忙的朋友吗？

真的没有一些虽然看利益看得很重担有事时还会出手相助的朋友吗？

我也知道有些称为朋友的朋友真的不是你想象中的那么好罢了

我也曾经见过一些当风平浪静的时候就当你是朋友

一旦你遇到问题是就飞鸡狗走了

这就要看看你在平常生活上你自己是怎样的人而掺的是怎样的人

我永远相信一句话，那就是朋友那里都可以认识，你要多少就可以有多少

知心的可能一倍子只有一两位可是这一两位真的已经够了，

是你在上辈子拖的福了，要好好珍惜

也希望有事时不要在犹豫是否该找他们商量。

我相信他们会帮的上忙的

寻找第一桶金，还是实现梦想

我相信大家也不想打一世工的，

除非你们的工钱是到了可以五六千以上的

我也相信聪明的你们也会在外头有些可以让自己赚多点的吧

同时也有很多应为工作而把梦想泡在后头了

人生往往就是这样，为了生活的忙碌，为了要赚钱是要一些东西需要牺牲掉的

天是很公平的若你要得到一样东西就可能要牺牲另一样东西的道理大家明吗？

就是像一位成功的生意人，他为了他的事业，

牺牲的他大半生的时间为了把他的事业碰上另一个高峰

可能连老婆也还没有娶，将值得吗？可能他年轻的时候他又梦想还没完成的

可是有时候梦想需要金钱来达成，就这样他拼命的去赚钱，努力当中可能以把最初的目的给忘了

可能这就是他的命运吧。

而我是相信要的到一样东西会失去另一样东西的道理的，就只要看看牺牲的值不值得而已

那我想问问你们同意这道理吗？而你们可以牺牲的是什么？

风筝与主人的爱情故事

话说这位女主人非常爱着她的风筝

而那风筝先生也可说是也非常爱着他的主人

但是，以风筝的天性他也爱自由自在高空飞翔，

爱情的伟大就是可以把不可能变成可能的，

也能改变一个人，你们相信吗？

风筝与主人的“爱“就是那绑在风筝身上的那又长又细的绳子

那绳子就代表着他们的“爱“，同时也是风筝被控制着

当主人把风筝放上高空时，也需要付出不少

相等于这位主人要得到风筝的爱的付出是一样的

好了，风筝也在高空飞翔了

可是以爱自由的风筝甘心被绑着吗？

主人可以接受风筝的性格吗？

在这里就像其他的情侣一样

需要学会如何包容与迁就

只有这样风筝与主人才可以开开心心的在一起

可是不知为何今天的风特别的大，

这可能是天要考验一下风筝与主人的爱情吧

风一吹，风筝就摇摆不定

主人就要懂得如何要收放自如

不可以把风筝断线也不可以把他跌在地面上

其实那细细的绳子是很容易就断掉，然后飞到无影无终

就想今天我们可以看到很多的情侣

如果他们不懂得珍惜它们的感情就会像风筝与主人一样

很容易就把他们的“爱”给断送出去了

不会包容，迁就与关心对方的情侣是不改在一起

他们是在污辱这爱情

记得！！！ 爱情是双方面的连付出也许要双方面

这样才可以为此好他们的感情

Define Intelligent and what is your "intelligent" ?? Tell me !!

As your all know last night was valentine's day, and i have no place to go. When my friends called me to "lemongrass", i just follow them to go there.

Then at there, my friend go "sembang sembang" with a guy from Europe, well i have forget his name... sorry ... Europe guy. haha!!

We sit at same table, after some talking, suddenly he asked us with the question sound as" What is your intelligent and that intelligent must be a good intelligent."

At that moment i really get stuck with that question. OMG ! i really take some times with that question, u know. This is because im not good at evaluating myself.

So, some of my friend answer it first. I have 3 friends with me that night, the 1st one get to answer is say that" im good at management planing, organizing , and etc" Just after he finish Answer the Europe guy say " good , good answer which you know your self well" that is saying to my friend. Then its my 2nd friend turn, so his answer sound like this " im good at socializing, business planning etc." So that that Europe guy quite pleased with that answer too.

So now is my turn, and im saying in my self at 1st, "shit!! omg !! my turn again !! what is my answer???? " Then something flashed out my mind, why don't i ask him back ," what is his definition with the word intelligent?" then he answered," well, for me, intelligent is something you good at, its maybe your skill, techniques, experience, so it can be anything, and my intelligent is I have a good eyes side so that i can see what is coming forward in life. i know what im doing for now, future and for my past action. and that's what my intelligent is."

So at that moment i know that, each individuals have their definition for every words in their own mind. And my answer is, im good at choosing friend, know which kind of friends can be closer and which kind of friends should not do so" then that Europe Guy say " very good, so u are good in choosing friends, that maybe you are the one that makes all friend together as a group, maybe its true , who knows? AND THAT YOUR GOOD INTELLIGENT"

I answer like that is because , i really don't know what im good at, other then having some bunch of good friend in my life, and i really appreciate it, i really do. SO friendship forever friends.

单身一族过情人节

又一个二月十四号了，"我“ 还是单身！！！

看来今年我又要过个单身的情人节了

可是感感觉还好啦。。。。 单身就单身咯。。也没怎么样啦

在美国，valentine's day 不只是年轻人的节日，亲人朋友们也可以互送小礼物，许多商家都特別出售裝飾成心形的巧克力、和紅玫瑰等礼品，而各式各样的情人卡片更令人看到都眼花了。

而我呢就在等待看看有没有哪家女孩会送我心形的巧克力糖了。 哈哈

我因该想太多了吧！！！对不起，我的妄想症又发作了。。paiseh !!

葡萄心态

相信大家也有听说过狐狸吃葡萄的故事吧,

如果还没听说过的，现在还可以在这里听听看吧，

话说呢，从前在某个地方有个种葡萄为生的村庄，

在这村不远住了一只狐狸，非常贪吃，

有一天，这贪吃的狐狸就跑来了村里的葡萄园，

它看到串串肥美的，圆圆的葡萄时，眼睛就大了，肚子也俄了

它非常想吃，但那葡萄被篱笆包围了,

不管它那样的爬那样的跳也还是吃不到，

到最后它放弃了,她还说那些葡萄是酸的，好吃才怪。

在这里我们就是到他怀着吃不到葡萄，说葡萄酸的心态来助理事情

就像现代的很多年轻人一样，很多事情还没试就说那件事是办不到的,如果大家遇到这个家族的人

就可以称他们为<<葡萄心态家族>>的人了.
