UVA VS UVB

UVA (ultraviolet-A): long- wave solar rays of 320-400 nanometers (billionths of a meter). Although less likely than UVB to cause sunburn, UVA penetrates the skin more deeply, and is considered the chief culprit behind wrinkling, leathering, and other aspects of "photoaging."

Prolonged exposure of UVA cracks and shrinks the collagen and elastin of our skin. When UVA rays damage these components of our skin it looses strength and elasticity thus causing wrinkles, sagging, leathery skin and… aging!

The latest studies show that UVA not only increases UVB 's cancer-causing effects, but may directly cause some skin cancers, including melanomas.

UVB (ultraviolet-B): short-wave solar rays of 290-320 nanometers. More potent than UVA in producing sunburn, Therefore these rays are considered the main cause of skin cancers, (basal and squamous cell carcinomas and melanoma).

Sometimes called the "tanning ray", UVB rays stimulate the melanocyte cell, (located in the bottom layer of the skin), to produce the brown pigment melanin, producing a suntan as a defense against UV radiation.

没有说出“爱“的勇气

有时候我觉得我是哪个连向自己喜欢的人说一声表白的话也不敢。 我觉得我自己很失败，很没用，狼狈的很！！！

就算每次见到她时，都有所有笑，但就是不知如何向他表白。暗恋？几岁料了，还小吗？给人家听到都paiseh 啦， 对不对。

我也觉得我自己真的真的很没用，设么都怕，连告白的勇气也拿不出来。要到何时才可拿出这勇气出来呢？连我自己也不懂，真的真的不懂！

默默的等待，她的离开，在回来，到了现在再次的要离开了，我还没有任何行动或表示。

心中的疑问，犹豫，不懂说了会有设么后果，朋友也没得做吗？？？ 我不想这样，真的不想。

我应该敢敢的那出勇气向她表白，是就是，不是就不是，不想在等待了。。。 累了。。。

适合的时间地点，哪里才适合呢？渺茫，迷路，无言

Not easy to be Good

What did it means by "not easy to be good". Did it means... being good on something very hard?
Being good in doing anything? being good in studies? being good in Works? well... any of that , who also know its isn't easy to do it.

At here, not easy to be good is stands for being a good man , a good human being that have high in moral, high in discipline. For me... being a good person have 4 things cant do. ANd that is no gamble, no alcoholic, no smoking, no find "chicken"

But in the end i find out that... nowadays that just not important factor to be good. Instate of being good, being bad having more advantage in your life. Not saying find "chicken" cause that is individuals "hobbies" Let say about gamble, alcoholic, and smoking. Some says Its a social need of activities.



For smoking, there is a group of people which smokes called social smokers. This group of smokers smokes when they need it not cause they wanted it. For examples when a employee talking to his boss, and the boss giving him a cigarette, can this employee say "NO" ? Soon or later, he also become a smoker where caused by the social needs.



For gambling, remember that during Chinese new year, every houses and everyone that you may know also like opening a temporary casino. In school, teacher teach that gamble is not a good things to learn. but why at home, during Chinese new year every family is doing the same thing? wasn't it education begins from family? Actually gambling also have the good side, once a year some relative and family member just have the chance to be together, and to have some activity to do, gamble maybe be the choices during the Chinese New Year. Don't You Think So?
Not asking you to lose a house or a whole bank saving for it, the fun have gone when you are at that stage. lol May God Bless You!!!



For Alcoholic, when we think of alcohol normally we will think of clubbing and pubs. At nights, alot Leng nui, alot Leng zai around, having fun together, very enjoying. Agree with me? So alcohol, you will think of beers, wines, etc. Its can use for having fun, release stress, release tention etc. So ... do u drink Alcohol? Are u a good are you a good alcohol drinker?

With those above, how much that you have do? And if u really do it, do you think you have being bad boy or bad girl? There is one day, a 16 year old girl, ask me a very suprising question," Do you have Sex before?" If you are me, what would you answer that girl? Mind to share?

打败仗鸟！！！！！！

今天真惨。。。。。 我总与打败仗了。。。。 听到了吗？ 我打败仗了！！！
我真的很难相信。。。 我会打败仗呢。。。

其实昨晚我就开始不舒服了。。。 肚子开始疼，上了几十轮的

今天早上，觉得好一些。。。就上班去了，可是放工回来， 我就觉得我打败仗了，

烧得头昏脑胀！！！，还好吃了panadol 出了些汗，也没将烧了

希望明天能去上班，那就不用拿mc了。。。

为何我会打败仗呢？？？？ haiz.........

黑色星期五！！！

还记得上个星期5 是黑色星期五。。。 我既然在当天中招了！！！！！

一大早上班就被人洗了出去当跑腿。 。。。 要回公司时，我就觉得我的车子有点怪怪的，

还好还能架会公司。觉得上天对我也真的不博。。。。

可是没想到。。。 中午吃饭时间时，我的车子竟然start不动了！！！

这个时候，我就呆了。 我真的不懂要做么。 我也不懂会是哪个零件坏了。。。

我也不管了。。。 我就走路回家吃饭现， 哪知，一回到我妈忘了炮饭了没饭吃。

我只好打包东西带回公司吃了。。。。 还好这次我叫了我的朋友载我会公司，不用达11巴士。

回到公司，我也不管哪车子了。。。 吃包就开始工作了。。。。 但是不知为何，在哪天好像做社

么都不是很顺利的，就连printer 都要欺负我的，我print 一个文件都要print 几次的。。

当天最不爽的是我要拿出一笔钱来修理车子呢。。。。约吃穷越见低的。。。

到想回来。。。觉得上天对我也真的不博。。。。 因为没把我在外面车子不能动。。。 连office

和家都会不得。。。 哈哈！！！

If you work smart, then you no need to work hard

i think everyone here know what is the meaning by work smart and work hard.

For my definition, work smart is doing the task being given to me with the most simple, fastest and effective ways.

while work hard is a individuals doing the task given with the most hardworking way, they didn't think any alternative to complete their task. In their mind just have one thing, that is complete their task. Some of them don't even know how to solve the problem when its encountered.

Actually, work hard is not a bad thing at all. Because, you most be a hardworking person in order to to be in this categories. While work smart, normally are those people who have brains, intelligence.

I can also said work smart people also lazy sometimes, because when they do anything they just want the everything to be simple. They do things wont play by the books, they play by their own books. Because they think they are clever enough to create their own rules their own game. Sometimes, they are also the one who breaks the rules and even crimes.

Work hard categories people also can be work smart by learning from their mistakes and experiences. But this may takes sometimes before they able to become work smarts.

But if they really can become work smart, they are the most successful, because, now they both work hard and work smart. Its for the one who can learn fast and hardworking.

In conclusion, both work smart nor work hard also is a factor that needed in a individual. Just they have to know how to balance it. Only that, the individual can complete any tasks that given to them.

勇敢面对朋友

无可否认，有些所称为朋友的人并不是你想象的那样好

不过，在你的身边

真的没有知心朋友了吗？

真的没有不常见面但一有事时就会找的朋友吗？

真的没有一些真的可以成为很好的听众但虽然帮不上忙的朋友吗？

真的没有一些虽然看利益看得很重担有事时还会出手相助的朋友吗？

我也知道有些称为朋友的朋友真的不是你想象中的那么好罢了

我也曾经见过一些当风平浪静的时候就当你是朋友

一旦你遇到问题是就飞鸡狗走了

这就要看看你在平常生活上你自己是怎样的人而掺的是怎样的人

我永远相信一句话，那就是朋友那里都可以认识，你要多少就可以有多少

知心的可能一倍子只有一两位可是这一两位真的已经够了，

是你在上辈子拖的福了，要好好珍惜

也希望有事时不要在犹豫是否该找他们商量。
